I am one of those who would really like to have more information, and the web sites are an appropriate locale for discussing the winemaking itself. The paucity of information today is very frustrating. However, this is likely to remain - 1) very few wineries have proper sites, much less proper content, and 2) many winemakers are likely to treat these 'techniques' proprietary know-how - it is a competitive business, after all. <BR/>Let's hope this changes.Joehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07747056255576335926noreply@blogger.com
